Holdings    Co.,    Ltd.    It    is  located  on    Nansha    Economic  Developing  Zone,
Guangzhou,    China.  The  company  was  registered  in    Guangzhou  on  January  17,  
2006,  covering  an  area  of  193  thousand  square  meters,  having  57  thousand  square  
meters  of  workshops.  With  a  modernized  and  advanced  container  producing  line,
          the  factory’s  annual  capacity  reaches  to  more  than  200  thousand  TEU.  The
